THE BC EARTH EXCHANGE DIFFERENCE

PROUD LIVING WAGE EMPLOYER

We’re proud to be certified as a Living Wage Employer, providing all of our employees a living wage to promote equality, fairness and social inclusion for our workers. We believe in building up our local communities and positive relationships with our dedicated team members.

COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY

We give back to our community with fundraising efforts. Some local causes we support include the BC Brain Injury Association, The kʷikʷəƛ̓əm” First Nation Enterprises LP Health and Wellness Centre and Abbotsford families who were displaced during recent flooding.

DEDICATED TO SAFETY & WELL-BEING

We’re proud to be a Living Wage Employer since 2019. BC Earth Exchange is a BCCSA COR Certified organization, utilizing Site Docs safety software and a dedicated on-staff safety officer – resulting in a record of no injury or safety incidents in the past 2 years.
